Glamping Village Rentals—

You can rent a tent in our glamping village to stay onsite at the Mid-America Music Festival from Friday, August 2 through Sunday, August 4.  All campers may check-in at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 2. Festival gates open at 3 p.m. Friday with music starting at 4:15 p.m. You will still need to book your festival entry and parking tickets here. Check out is at 10 a.m. on Sunday, August 4.

We offer tent rentals in four options: Standard Package (air mattress queen beds), Premium Package (memory foam mattress with elevated bed frame), Emperor Tent Suites (memory foam beds with seating areas) or you can rent an Unfurnished Tent if you would like to bring your own camp gear/ furnishings. All of our tents are outfitted for “off-grid”. They do not come with electricity, our lighting is all battery operated. Furnished tents come with bed(s), linens, floor rugs, décor, lighting, luggage rack, camp chairs and side table. For a full list of “what’s included” in each tent, see the graph below. Your tent will be set up in the “Glamping Village” ready for when you arrive. We handle the install/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

STANDARD TENT: Comes fully furnished with either 1 Luxury Queen Airbed or 2 Luxury Queen Airbeds to accommodate up to 4 guests in each tent. The price for a fully furnished tent for 2 nights (Friday - Sunday) for 2 guests (1 queen) is $650 or $850 for 4 guests (2 queens).

PREMIUM TENT: Comes fully furnished with either 1 Luxury Queen Memory Foam Mattress or 2 Luxury Queen Memory Foam Mattresses to accommodate up to 4 guests in each tent. The price for a fully furnished tent for 2 nights (Friday - Sunday) for 2 guests (1 queen) is $875 or $1075 for 4 guests (2 queens).

EMPEROR VIP SUITE: These tents are double the footprint size of our previously listed bell tents and are furnished with 2 Luxury Queen Memory Foam Beds with a seating area between. These tents are very limited and will sell out quickly. The price for this VIP Suite is $1500 for 2 nights (Friday- Sunday).

UNFURNISHED TENT: If you have the camp gear/ furnishings but don’t necessarily want to mess with setting your own tent up, this is the package for you! Our Unfurnished Tents come with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting. No other furnishings will be provided- guests will need to bring their own bed(s)/ bedding. The price for an Unfurnished Tent for 2 nights (Friday- Sunday) is $475.

To Note—

We will be providing a hospitality “check-in” area with a complimentary coffee bar each morning at 8am. We will also have a few electricity banks available for guests to charge their phones/ electronics. If you would like to reserve your own electricity bank for your tent, please see the “suggested add-on items” below and include yours with your tent booking prior to checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 7/2/24, (30 days out from event date). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 7/2/24) no refund will be given unless we can fill your space. We do not issue full refunds unless we are able to fill your tent spot, this is not guaranteed and all bookings are final.

If we have to cancel due to any reasoning on our end then a full amount of 100% of the payment is refunded to the card used at booking. We have been in operation since 2017 and have never had to cancel an event but sometimes there are issues outside of our control. If for any reason we have to cancel- you can rest assured that you will be receiving a full refund.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

“Client” (Guest/ Reservation) by submitting booking (payment) hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless “Company” Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the Client. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.


ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

By submitting payment and finalizing booking, Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause. Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the reservation and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks.


DAMAGED OR MISSING RENTAL ITEMS 

Damages include, but are not limited to chipped, cracked or broken items, stained and torn upholstery or fabric that are beyond normal wear and tear, loss or damage due to theft, burglary, misuse, abuse, theft by conversion, intentional damage, disappearance, or loss due to Client’s failure to care for the Rental Items, including damage as a result of leaving Rental Items out in the rain or in a sprinkler system. Client shall be responsible for the full replacement cost of damaged or lost Rental Items and if fabric and upholstered items are returned stained or torn, the cost of cleaning.  If Client discovers damaged or missing rental items prior to the start of the event, Client must notify Company immediately. If possible, Company will provide a replacement for any damaged or missing rental items prior to the event start time. If not possible to provide any replacements, Company will refund the appropriate fee associated with the damaged/missing items. Any damages occurring after the Rental Items are delivered to Client, including damage occurring as a result of any person other than a Company representative moving the Rental Items from the location where they were placed by Company are the sole responsibility of Client, whether actually caused by Client or by Client’s guests.

Inclement Weather: Client further agrees to arrange effective provisions so that, in the event of rain or inclement conditions, goods will be shielded from the elements and/or protected from damage (ie: placing items inside the tents and making sure tents are zipped). For any costs owed to the Company for any damage repair, Client shall remit payment to Company within 30 days following Company’s written request.
