This page is for booking your glamping tent stay at Renewal on The Ranch- Women’s Retreat. You can rent a glamping tent for your weekend stay at at this fabulous event supporting Broken Wing Ranch Ministries. Check-In is 4pm to 6pm Friday, April 19th and check-out is 12pm on Sunday, April 21st. At The Pop-Up BNB, we provide turn-key, furnished and non-furnished glamping options for you to choose from. Please select from the options below, your tent will be setup in the glamping area ready for you when you arrive.

TENT PRICING—

Each bell tent can accommodate up to 4 guests on either 1 luxury queen airbed or 2 luxury queen airbeds. Each tent is is outfitted with floor rugs, interior/ exterior lighting, beds/ bedding/ linens, luggage rack bench, side table and miscellaneous items. To see a full list of “what’s included” checkout the graph below. Unfurnished Tents come with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting. All other furnishings, beds, linens, etc. would need to be provided by the guests booking the tent.

***If you are looking to share a tent with someone (Double Queen Tent) and require assistance finding a tent-mate, please email Kelly at thepopupbnb@gmail.com and I can connect you with other guests who are also looking to share a tent.

The following pricing is per tent for the entire weekend. Tax will be computed at checkout.

STANDARD PACKAGE- 1 Queen: $270/ tent

STANDARD PACKAGE- 2 Queens: $450/ tent

UNFURNISHED TENT: $170/ tent

The deadline to finalize your tent booking is by Friday, April 12th, 2024.

We are providing your group with a few complimentary electricity banks to keep your phones/ electronics charged. If you would like to include any other “add-on items” with your stay, please select from the list below and add to your cart prior to checkout.

ADD-ON ITEMS

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total (if canceling prior to 30 days of event date: 3/19/24). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 3/19/24) no refund will be given.

INDEMNIFICATION

Client hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless Company any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the undersigned. Client acknowledges and certifies that Client has had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and understands its content, and Client executes it freely and without duress of any kind and agrees to the terms herein stated. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
